Returns & Exchanges

At Jotes, we are committed to delivering nightwear that reflects the highest standards of comfort, quality, and care. Given the intimate nature of our garments, we uphold strict hygiene protocols to ensure every piece you receive is pristine and untouched.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
  • To be eligible, items must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
    • In immaculate condition, free from any marks, fragrances, or signs of wear
    • Returned with all original tags and hygiene seals intact

For hygiene and safety reasons, garments with removed tags or care labels are not eligible for return or exchange.

Our Hygiene Commitment

As a brand specializing in nightwear, we take your well-being seriously. Each returned item undergoes a careful inspection. Products that do not meet our hygiene standards will respectfully be declined for refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Orders received as gifts will be refunded via a Jotes gift card.
  • Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are facilitated exclusively through our online process.
  • All exchanged items must meet the same eligibility and hygiene standards outlined above.

Price Adjustments

We are pleased to offer price adjustments on full-price purchases within 14 days of the original order date.

International Returns

At present, we are unable to offer complimentary returns for international orders.

  • Customers may arrange returns using a courier of their choice.
  • We recommend retaining your tracking details until your return is successfully received.
  • Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Important Considerations

  • Kindly ensure that each return shipment contains items from a single order only.
  • All items must be returned in their original, untouched condition with tags and seals intact.
  • Final Sale pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Any items that do not meet our return criteria will not be eligible for refund.
